Iverness, Scotland (My Sportsbook) - Inverness signed striker Adam Rooney from Stoke City on a three-year deal Friday. The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international was expected to join the SPL side on loan, but the two clubs agreed to make the move permanent. "He's a big center forward who will score goals. We're delighted to have him here," said manager Craig Brewster. "We had Adam over in Denmark with us for the week and he was superb. He got on great with the rest of the lads.
