Blaine, MN (My Sportsbook) - Dana Quigley fired a course-record 10-under 62 Friday to grab a two-stroke lead after the opening round of the 3M Championship. Quigley's 62 at TPC of the Twin Cities bested the old mark of 63, which Don Pooley shot in 2003 and Tom Purtzer matched in 2005. Gene Jones is alone in second place at minus-eight, one stroke clear of Jeff Sluman and R.W. Eaks. Loren Roberts, who earned his first win of the year two weeks ago at the Commerce Bank Championship, opened with a six-under 66. He was joined in a share of fifth place by Gary Hallberg, Ed Dougherty and John Harris. MORE TO FOLLOW.
