Phoenix, AZ (My Sportsbook) - The Arizona Diamondbacks called up Leo Rosales from Triple-A Tucson prior to Sunday's contest with Kansas City, with the righty making his major league debut in an 8-3 loss to the Royals. Rosales tossed 1 2/3 innings, giving up one run on four hits and two walks while fanning two. Arizona's bullpen has thrown 28 innings the last six days, including three consecutive extra innings contests, against the Mets June 11th and 12th and the Royals June 13th. The club also optioned fellow righty Billy Buckner to Triple-A Tucson. Buckner pitched twice for the D'Backs, earning the win against the Royals with a scoreless 10th inning on Friday. However, on Saturday he gave up back-to-back home runs in 1 2/3 innings of work.
