Reno, NV (My Sportsbook) - The University of Nevada named Kim Gervasoni as its new women's head basketball coach Friday. Gervasoni, 36, spent the last three seasons as the top assistant at Arizona State. During the previous eight years, she was the head coach at Solano (Calif.) Community College "She clearly has a vision for the growth and future success of Nevada basketball," Cindy Fox, Nevada's associate athletic director. Gervasoni replaced Ada Gee, who resigned after 10 seasons coaching the Wolf Pack. |
