Pittsburgh, PA (My Sportsbook) - The Philadelphia Flyers got a big boost with the return of defenseman Kimmo Timonen to the lineup for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against Pittsburgh, but defenseman Braydon Coburn remained sidelined with an eye injury and concussion-like symptons. Timonen, 33, missed the first four tests of this series with a blood clot in his left ankle. An All-Star in each of the last two seasons, Timonen was cleared to skate and took part in Saturday's practice, but is still experiencing pain and numbness in the foot. The Finnish defenseman sustained the injury blocking a shot during Game 4 of the club's semifinal series against Montreal, and played through pain in helping the Flyers dispatch the Canadiens in Game 5. He was originally expected to be sidelined for the entire series. Timonen has averaged nearly 25 minutes of ice time per game, tops on the club. He also has racked up six assists in 12 playoff games. Coburn will miss his third straight game since getting hit in the face with a puck just 1:51 into Game 2. He has recorded six assists in 14 playoff games.
