New Orleans, LA (My Sportsbook) - Sylvia Fowles registered a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds to help lead the LSU Lady Tigers to a 67-52 win over the Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the New Orleans Regional Semifinals of the NCAA Tournament at New Orleans Arena.

Erica White posted a team-best 18 points, cleared seven rebounds and came up with four assists and four steals as well for the Tigers (30-5) as they won their third straight game since bowing to Tennessee during the SEC Tournament almost three weeks ago. RaShonta LeBlanc tacked on 13 points, Quianna Chaney 10 and Ashley Thomas a team-high 12 rebounds for the Tigers who will suit up against North Carolina in the regional finals on Monday night.

Andrea Riley, who shot just 9-of-28 from the field, led the Cowgirls (27-8) with a game-high 26 points before fouling out. Shaunte' Smith was responsible for a game-high 18 rebounds, but she had almost as many turnovers (seven) as she did points (eight) on the afternoon.

OSU trailed by just a single point at the 4:58 mark of the first half at 15-14, but from there the squad was outscored by LSU 14-2 to close out the period, en route to a 29-16 score at the break. The Cowgirls made a total of just five field goals in the first half.

The Tigers, who made a mere 32.4 percent from the floor over the first 20 minutes of action, shot the ball much better in the second period, hitting at 53.8 percent as they cruised to the 15-point win.

Oklahoma State finished the day shooting only 27.5 percent from the floor and was guilty of 19 turnovers, which LSU traded in for 22 points.
