New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - Houston Texans quarterback David Carr and center Steve McKinney have been fined for their end-zone celebration during last Sunday's 27-24 loss to Tennessee. The two mocked Saints wide receiver Joe Horn's antics during his touchdown celebration against the Giants on December 14. Horn, who was fined $30,000, made a cell-phone call after teammate Michael Lewis handed him a phone that was hidden under the goal post padding. On Sunday, Carr and McKinney acted as if a cell phone was stashed underneath the padding after Carr's 20-yard touchdown pass to Corey Bradford. McKinney began to search for the nonexistent phone under the padding, while Carr motioned to the home crowd that there would be no repeat of Horn's act. The amount of the fine was not disclosed.
