(My Sportsbook) - Tim Duncan notched a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds before fouling out, as the San Antonio Spurs knocked off the Memphis Grizzlies, 78-67, at the SBC Center.

Rasho Nesterovic was San Antonio's other double-double contributor, as he scored 10 and ripped down a game-high 15 boards. The Spurs won for the seventh game in a row.

Manu Ginobili and Bruce Bowen made several big contributions in the fourth quarter for the Spurs. Ginobili only scored seven points in the game, but he grabbed five of his seven boards in the final 12 minutes and dove on the floor for several loose balls.

Bowen also scored seven points, but he made a big three and an even bigger block to preserve the win for the Spurs.

Duncan, who played in foul trouble for most of the second half, fouled out with 2:21 left on a questionable charging call. It was the first time all season that Duncan fouled out in a game.

Bowen stepped up after Duncan went down, as he made two free throws to close out the scoring with two minutes left. But he made a critical block on a Bonzi Wells breakaway layup with 1:15 left to end any hope of a late Memphis comeback.

San Antonio returns to the court on Wednesday against Toronto.
