Lisbon, Portugal (My Sportsbook) - Antonio Souza and Anderson Polga scored as Sporting Lisbon defeated Dynamo Kiev, 2-1, in the Champions League on Tuesday. Sporting Lisbon, which is currently fourth in Portugal's Liga, took the early lead on Souza's goal in the 14th minute, before Vladislav Vashchuk equalized in the 28th for Dynamo. Polga scored the game winner in the 38th minute for Sporting. Sporting is third in Group F, tied with Roma in points but one goal back on goal differential. Manchester United leads the group with six points. Sporting Lisbon returns to Champions League play on Oct. 23 against Roma. |
