Indianapolis, IN (My Sportsbook) - The Indiana Pacers signed forward Jeff Foster to a contract extension Tuesday. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Foster, who is entering his fourth NBA season, averaged 5.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game last year with the Pacers. "We are extremely happy to extend Jeff since he is a true Pacer," said Pacers president Donnie Walsh. "He wanted to be a Pacer, we wanted him to be a Pacer and he stands for all the values we want the Pacers to stand for." The 25-year-old Foster, who was the 21st overall pick of the 1999 NBA Draft, has averaged 4.4 points and 5.7 rebounds in three seasons with Indiana.
