Maracaibo, Venezuela (My Sportsbook) - Argentina forward Hernan Crespo was injured in Monday's win over Colombia and could miss the remainder of the Copa America tournament. Crespo tore a muscle in his leg in the 4-2 victory while taking a penalty kick. His three goals is tied for the most in the tournament. He scored twice in Argentina's 4-1 win over the United States in both teams' Copa opener. Argentina plays Paraguay in its final game in the group stage on Thursday.
