Houston, TX (My Sportsbook) - The Houston Texans re-signed restricted free agent tight end Billy Miller, the team's leading receiver last season. The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder caught a team-high 51 passes for 613 yards and three touchdowns in 2002. He also played in all 16 games for the first time in his career. The four-year NFL veteran has played in 45 career games with Denver and Houston. He was originally drafted by the Broncos in the 1999 NFL Draft out of Southern California. Miller eventually signed as an unrestricted free agent prior to the 2002 season with the Texans.
