Toronto, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - St. Louis Blues defenseman Barret Jackman has been awarded the Calder Trophy as the National Hockey League's top rookie. Jackman led his team in plus/minus with a plus-23. The other finalists were Blue Jackets left wing Rick Nash and Red Wings right wing Henrik Zetterberg. Nash is the first Blue Jackets player to be voted an NHL Awards finalist. Zetterberg led all rookies in scoring with 44 points. |
