Santa Clara, CA (My Sportsbook) - San Francisco 49ers running back Garrison Hearst is battling a strained right hamstring and is listed as questionable for Sunday's NFC West showdown against Arizona. The Niners and Cardinals are both 4-2 and sit atop the NFC West. Hearst was hurt in the third quarter of last week's 35-27 loss to New Orleans and briefly left the game, but finished the contest with 87 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 14 carries. He also had four catches for 43 yards. If Hearst is unable to play Sunday, Kevan Barlow would get the start. Barlow had 28 yards on six carries and three receptions for 43 yards in last week's game. Hearst has 386 yards on 73 carries this season and 158 yards on 22 receptions with four total touchdowns. Wide receiver J.J. Stokes is again questionable with a sprained right MCL. He has missed the last two games and has been replaced in the starting lineup by Tai Streets, who led the Niners last week with six catches for 80 yards. Terrell Owens, who suffered a heel injury last week, is listed as probable for Sunday's game. He had just four receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown against the Saints. Owens, who was wearing a protective boot earlier in the week, has a team-high 28 catches for 346 yards and four touchdowns this season. He has also run for a score.
