Kiev, Ukraine (My Sportsbook) - The mid-season injury bug has latched onto Dynamo Kiev, as the Ukrainian club will be forced to sit out six impact players during Wednesday's Champions League match with Group E power Lyon, who stand atop with nine points to Dynamo's zero. Brazilian midfielders Diogo Rincon and Carlos Correa add to the long list of players who have been and will be sidelined for the match at Stade de Gerland. They join defenders Sergei Fyodorov, Vasyl Vaschuk and Goran Sablic, along with fellow middy Ruslan Rotan. The 26-year-old Rincon has recorded 37 goals in his four years with Kiev, while Correa just joined on this season, coming from Palmeiras. The beat-up Ukrainian club makes the trip to France to face a Ligue 1 five -time champion, along with a squad that has participated seven times in the UEFA Champions League. Dynamo have not earned a point in three Champions League games, scoring only two goals and giving up 12 in losses to Steaua Bucharest, Real Madrid and Lyon. Lille will also have to deal with alterations due to injury, as Daniel Gygax will be out during the squad's Group H Champions League match against AEK on Wednesday, as a result of back pains. Strikers Peter Odemwingie and Abdul Kader Keita will step up into the offensive role left by Gygax.
