Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard Dajuan Wagner will not accompany the team for its final three preseason games in San Diego and Los Angeles. He will remain at the Cleveland Clinic for further tests on his bladder infection. Wagner had been expected to be released on Monday. There is a possibility that the 19-year-old Wagner, who was the sixth overall pick in this year's NBA Draft, may not be ready for the regular season opener October 29 at Sacramento. He missed the Cavaliers' first three preseason games because of abdominal pain. Wagner, who once scored 100 points in a game while in high school in New Jersey, left the University of Memphis after just one year to play in the NBA. He is slated to make $2.3 million this season and $10.7 million over four years - per terms of the league's collective bargaining agreement. In his freshman season at Memphis, Wagner set a school single-season scoring record and averaged 21.2 points per game en route to being named Conference USA's Rookie of the Year.
