Berlin, Germany (My Sportsbook) - Italy's Daniele De Rossi was issued a four game ban Friday for his elbow against United States forward Brian McBride in the group stages. De Rossi, who sat out of Italy's final group match against the Czech Republic, will return to the lineup if the team makes it to the final game or third place playoff game. The midfielder was also fined $8,000 for the foul. Italy will face Australia on Monday in the Round of 16. |
