St Etienne, France (My Sportsbook) - France replaced the injured Djibril Cisse Thursday with Lyon forward Sidney Govou in preparation for its tournament opener on June 13. The 26-year-old Govou has three goals and 19 caps for France and helped Lyon to reach a fifth-consecutive Ligue 1 title in the 2005-06 campaign. Cisse broke his leg in Wednesday's World Cup warm-up 3-1 win against China. The forward, who was France's top goal scorer during qualifying, fell to the field in the 10th minute of the match. Govou will be paired with fellow French forwards Sylvain Wiltord, Thierry Henry, Louis Saha and David Trezeguet. The French squad is expected to arrive at its Hannover World Cup headquarters on Thursday.
