Davie, FL (My Sportsbook) - Miami Dolphins wide receiver Oronde Gadsden will wait for swelling to subside in his left wrist before making a decision on whether to undergo season-ending surgery.

Gadsden, who suffered a torn ligament in his wrist during the first half of last week's game versus Denver, rejoined the Dolphins but did not practice. Gadsden is listed as questionable for Sunday's showdown with Buffalo.

Doctors informed Gadsden that if he continued to play, the injury could get worse. Gadsden said he would wear a brace if he plays against the Bills.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins may be without Chris Chambers, who is recovering from a concussion sustained against the Broncos. The receiver is listed as questionable.

Chambers was hurt after absorbing a hit to the head by Denver safety Kenoy Kennedy late in the first half. Chambers leaped high in the air for a pass from Jay Fiedler and Kennedy charged in helmet-first to jar the ball loose. Chambers laid motionless for several seconds after having his neck snapped back and was helped off the field by the Miami trainers.

Kennedy was flagged for a personal foul and was suspended by the NFL for the helmet-to-helmet hit.

If neither can play, James McKnight and Dedric Ward would start with Robert Baker as the third receiver.
