Flowery Branch, GA (My Sportsbook) - Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was back at practice Wednesday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Carolina because of a sprained right shoulder. "I think the real key is going to be how much soreness he has from today's activity," said Falcons head coach Dan Reeves. "He took a lot of reps and it'll be interesting to see. It [his shoulder] certainly bothered him some. It'll be interesting to see how much it improves over the next couple of days." Vick injured his non-throwing shoulder in a 20-6 loss to Tampa Bay on October 6. He was hurt early in the third quarter when he was sacked by Simeon Rice and landed hard on his right shoulder, suffering a sprained AC joint. X-rays were negative. The first overall pick in last year's draft believes he is ready to return for this Sunday's game. "I think I'll be ready to play this week," Vick said. "I felt good throwing the ball, felt better than I thought. No pain. The question is, can I take a hit on it? And that is yet to come, so we'll see." Vick did not practice last week and sat out the Falcons' 17-10 victory over the New York Giants on Sunday. Doug Johnson started in place of Vick and completed 19-of-25 passes for 257 yards with a touchdown. He also ran for a score. The 22-year-old Vick has completed 58.4 percent of his passes for 586 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in four games this season.
