Green Bay, WI (My Sportsbook) - The Green Bay Packers re-signed veteran offensive lineman Barrett Brooks on Tuesday, three days after he had been released. Brooks, a seven-year veteran, was originally drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1995 and has played in 95 career games, including 62 starts. The 6-5, 314-pound Brooks has also played with the Detroit Lions. The Packers also placed cornerback Erwin Swiney on waivers and signed rookie free agent defensive back Bruce Branch.
