Santa Clara, CA (My Sportsbook) - San Francisco safety Zack Bronson, running back/special teamer Terry Jackson and defensive end John Engelberger were injured in Monday's 28-21 victory over Seattle. Bronson has a broken foot and is expected to miss six-to-eight weeks. Jackson is done for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn ACL in his right knee. Bronson has three interceptions this season after recording a career-high seven in 2001. He started all 16 games at safety last year and was third on the team with 76 tackles, including 54 solo. Jackson led the 49ers with a career-high 19 special teams tackles in 2000 and has led the squad in special team tackles in two of his first three seasons in the league. He played in all 16 games last season. Additionally, Engelberger suffered a sprained ankle and is doubtful for Sunday's game at New Orleans.
