| Toronto, ON (MySportsbook) - The Toronto Raptors extended qualifying offers to restricted free-agent guards Jose Calderon and Carlos Delfino on Friday. Calderon posted career-highs of 11.2 points and a team-best 8.3 assists in all 82 regular season games last year. He topped the NBA with a 5.38 assist-to- turnover ratio. TORONTO (AP) -Toronto Raptors guard Anthony Parker had surgery Wednesday to repair an injured extensor tendon in the middle finger of his right hand.
