| Toronto, ON (MySportsbook) - The Toronto Raptors extended qualifying offers to restricted free-agent guards Jose Calderon and Carlos Delfino on Friday. Calderon posted career-highs of 11.2 points and a team-best 8.3 assists in all 82 regular season games last year. He topped the NBA with a 5.38 assist-to- turnover ratio. TORONTO (AP) -Toronto Raptors guard Anthony Parker had surgery Wednesday to repair an injured extensor tendon in the middle finger of his right hand. The surgery was performed in Toronto by Dr. Brent Graham. Parker must wear a cast for three weeks before he can begin rehabilitation.
