| (MySportsbook) - Go ahead, try and get a feel for the Tennessee Titans. We'll wait. The Titans have been a maddening experience for those attempting to forecast goings-on in the AFC thus far in 2010, following up last season's topsy-turvy performance with a more subtle week-to-week shift in momentum through nine games. Tennessee flopped out of the gate with a 0-6 start in 2009, before a red-hot 8-2 finish created both momentum and optimism for year No. 16 of the Jeff Fisher regime. This year the Titans have |

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -Randy Moss says he's enjoying his time with the Tennessee Titans about two weeks into his tenure with his third team this season. Moss spoke Friday after practice and said the Titans already had a great personality before he arrived. He sees a team that likes to be loose and have fun but knows when to work. Moss says it's good to have fun because the game won't last long without that. He contributes surviving 13 years in the NFL to being able to cut up and make people laugh. The Ti |

ASHBURN, Va. (AP) -The Washington Redskins could be without top cover cornerback when they face Randy Moss and the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Carlos Rogers said Thursday his right hamstring is still sore after hurting it in Monday night's 59-28 loss to Philadelphia. He didn't sound optimistic about his chances of taking the field against the Titans. The Redskins already have the worst ranked defense in the NFL, allowing 415.3 yards per game. Rogers says he doesn't want to put himself at risk for reinj |

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -The schedule has brought the best possible sight for the skidding Tennessee Titans: an NFC opponent. The Titans own a 12-game winning streak against the other conference and can sweep the NFC East this season when Washington (4-5) visits Sunday. A team that hasn't played at home but once since Oct. 3 is back in Nashville on a two-game skid that dropped the Titans (5-4) from a one-game lead in the AFC South to a game back of Indianapolis. With another win, Tennessee would tie Miami |

ASHBURN, Va. (AP) -There are times Albert Haynesworth wishes he were still playing for the Tennessee Titans. Haynesworth spoke Wednesday about his first game in Nashville since he left the Titans after seven seasons. He signed with a big-money deal last year with the Washington Redskins, who visit Tennessee on Sunday. Haynesworth said he feels as if he could still be a dominant player had he stayed with the Titans. But he cited the team's history of not giving big contracts to defensive lineman as a reas |

Monday's humbling defeat dropped the Redskins to 4-5 and put Shanahan's squad two games off the pace in the NFC playoff race, and three of their next four tests will come against clubs currently sporting winning records. That challenging stretch begins this Sunday, when the slumping Redskins head to Nashville for a clash with a Tennessee Titans team that's already posted victories over the other three NFC East members this season. |
