| Tampa, FL (MySportsbook) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed wide receiver Mario Urrutia and released running back Josh Vaughan. Urrutia spent the 2008 season on the practice squad with the Cincinnati Bengals and most recently was on the roster with the New York Jets. He was chosen by Cincinnati with a seventh-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft out of Louisville, where he recorded 130 receptions for 2,271 yards and 16 touchdowns.
