Defensive end Anthony Hargrove never realized how much he missed Bill Kollar's blunt and sometimes cussing approach until the assistant coach left the St. Louis Rams after last season.

How welcome it was for the third-year NFL veteran to be reunited with Kollar in Buffalo after the Bills acquired Hargrove this week in a trade with the Rams. Kollar is now Buffalo's defensive line coach.

(MySportsbook) - The loyal throng of fans at the Edward Jones Dome cheered loudly when their team, the St. Louis Rams, went into the break ahead, 21-7, on Sunday. They exploded when the Rams, after procuring an unlikely fumble deep in their own territory with under three minutes to play, regained the lead they had squandered when quarterback Marc Bulger hit wide receiver Torry Holt on a dazzling 67-yard pass play to take a 28-27 lead. They reacted with glee when head coach Scott Linehan showed unbridled jo

St. Louis, MO (MySportsbook) - Josh Brown's 54-yard field goal as time expired gave the Seattle Seahawks a 30-28 victory over the St. Louis Rams at Edward Jones Dome. Trailing 27-21 with under three minutes to play, St. Louis took the lead when Marc Bulger found Torry Holt deep in Seattle territory and the receiver made a juggling catch and ran into the end zone for a 28-27 advantage with 1:44 to play. heading into Week 6, the Seahawks aren't counting down the magic numbers until they clinch the West and can start the annual debate of resting starters or going all-out to secure home-field advantage? Ladies and gentlemen, allow us to introduce the St. Louis Rams. Not the "Greatest Show on Turf" version of years gone by that featured a gun- slinging quarterback in Kurt Warner, the league's most complete back in Marshall Faulk and a gaggle of fleet-footed receivers who could easily moonlight as track champion
Surprising Rams begin difficult stretch against Seahawks NFL Football 10/12/2006

ST. LOUIS (AP) -The St. Louis Rams' surprising 4-1 start is not a source of overconfidence. Not with the treacherous stretch the team is facing.

First-year coach Scott Linehan scoffed at the suggestion his team's tight 23-20 victory over the Packers last week might have been a result of the Rams looking ahead to Sunday's game against the Seattle.
