| Santa Clara, CA (MySportsbook) - The San Francisco 49ers signed kicker Shane Andrus to a one-year contract Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Andrus played five games for three teams last season -- San Francisco, Tampa Bay and Indianapolis. He converted all 10 of his extra point attempts, including four in his one game with the 49ers. The 49ers signed Andrus to a one-year deal Wednesday to replace injured starter Joe Nedney at least for this Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. Andrus, one of three kickers to try out Wednesday, was with the Niners in training camp this year before being cut.
