We all contributed to this loss in different ways,'' said Philip Rivers, who threw for 37 |

Of perhaps greater significance to a team's future playoff prospects is losing during the early stages of a season, a potentially-crippling circumstance that the San Diego Chargers can certainly attest to. Since 1990, less than 15 percent of clubs that started out 0-2 have rebounded to make the postseason. Those frighteningly low odds make this an important weekend for the likes of Atlanta, New Orleans, Indianapolis and Pittsb |
