| Atlantic City, NJ (MySportsbook) - Former Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Dave Babych was awarded $1.37 million on Thursday by a jury, which ruled that improper treatment of a broken left foot forced him to end his career prematurely. The six-woman, three-man jury awarded Babych $1.02 million in lost earnings and $350,000 for pain and suffering.
