WASHINGTON (AP) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has agreed to repay at least $416,000 that he is accused of illegally withdrawing from a pension plan.

The four-time Pro Bowl linebacker signed with the team Tuesday. The Eagles released quarterback Jeff Garcia.

ton, AB (MySportsbook) - The Edmonton Eskimos have acquired defensive back Byron Parker from the Toronto Argonauts in exchange for future considerations. Parker is a two-time CFL All-Star and had been with Toronto since 2005 prior to signing with the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles in the offseason.
