ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) - The Oakland Raiders did not trade up for a first-round pick, marking the first time since 1989 the team did not have a pick in the opening round of the NFL draft.

The Raiders traded this year's top pick to New England before the 2009 season for defensive lineman Richard Seymour. Seymour made the Pro Bowl in his second season with Oakland and signed a $30 million, two-year contract before the lockout to remain with the team.
