NFC East: Loss does little to clear up Eagles' QB quandary NFL Football 09/23/2009
ny that had all the flair and pageantry one would except from the NFL's standard-bearers for glitz and glamour. A few members of the home team, however, didn't exactly deliver performances befitting the occasion in the team's Week 2 game against the New York Giants. Both quarterback Tony Romo and the Dallas defense played as if awestruck by the moment in the last-second, 33-31 loss to the defending champion Giants that almost surely left most of the league-record crowd of 105,121 feeling deflated. Another problem for the Chiefs is that they play their next four games against the NFC East starting with this weekend's bout in Philadelphia, the team's first visit there since the 1998 campaign. Kansas City will host the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys before hitting the road again against the Washington Redskins. But first comes the Eagles and a chance for Kansas City to wipe out the awful memories of last Sunday's 13-10 loss to the rival Oakland Raiders. First-year head coach
