"Anytime you feel like you have a little pull or strain, especially down there, you get nervous," said Manning. "You don't know what it is. You kind of feel like it's an Achilles |

The Cowboys are hopeful that Barber, who amassed 124 yards on only 18 attempts in the club's frustrating 33-31 Week 2 loss to the New York Giants before exiting with a strained quadriceps, will be able to return for Sunday's tilt. | (MySportsbook) - The New York Giants are coming off their best defensive road showing in nearly 26 years. That isn't the best of news for the winless Kansas City Chiefs, who are looking to avoid going 0-4 for the first time in 29 years. Undefeated New York will try to keep the Todd Haley/Matt Cassel era in Kansas City winless for another week when the teams clash this Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. The Giants are coming off a dominating 24-0 victory at Tampa Bay last weekend that saw them hold the Buccaneers |

The Buccaneers mustered an anemic 86 total yards and five first downs, their lowest output since a 65-yard display against Green Bay on December 1, 1985. But there's no denying the cold, hard numbers: Atlanta ranks 23rd in the league in rushing average at 92.3 yards per game - a huge drop from last year's 152.7 that placed second in the league, trailing only the New York Giants. The Falcons' average per carry is off by a full yard, dipping from 4.4 to 3.4.
