Philadelphia, PA (MySportsbook) - The surface the New Orleans Saints play upon at the Louisiana Superdome is indeed artificial. And, since "The Greatest Show on Sportexe Momentum" doesn't quite have the same ring to it, the 2009 Saints are drawing direct comparisons to those St. Louis Rams teams that turned the Edward Jones Dome scoreboard into a veritable pinball machine- counter as the 20th century gave way to the 21st. The resemblance, in many ways is uncanny. In the Rams' stage production, the role of clin

Philadelphia, PA (MySportsbook) - The Philadelphia Eagles placed linebacker Omar Gaither on injured reserve Wednesday and signed running back P.J. Hill from the New Orleans Saints' practice squad. Gaither suffered a Lisfranc sprain in his foot in the team's 13-9 loss to Oakland two weeks ago and will miss the rest of the regular season. The fourth-year player recorded 30 tackles and 1 1/2 sacks in five games this season. Hill was an undrafted free agent this season out of Wisconsin. He has yet to appear in an

oss was the second in a row for New York after a 5-0 start in which the reigning NFC East champs outscored the opposition by an average margin of 16 points. While the defense was mostly to blame for last week's 48-27 throttling by the still-unbeaten New Orleans Saints, the Giants' offense turned out to be the primary culprit in the team's latest setback. New York committed a season-high four turnovers and repeatedly failed to sustain any momentum against a determined Cardinals' stop unit, resulting in Big Blue's

(MySportsbook) - Though its early and anything can happen, it isn't a stretch to say that this Monday's game versus the New Orleans Saints is a must win for the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints haven't given the Falcons much breathing room in the NFC South race, having gone 6-0 to open up a two-game edge on 4-2 Atlanta, which dropped a tough game to Dallas this past weekend. After winning their first two games after the bye, the Falcons were handed a 37-21 setback by the Cowboys and fell to 1-2 on the road. That is

Miami, FL (MySportsbook) - Drew Brees ran for the go-ahead score in the fourth quarter, as the New Orleans Saints rallied from a big first-half deficit to take a 46-34 win over the Dolphins and stay unbeaten. The Saints (6-0) trailed 24-3 with just under nine minutes left in the first half and looked headed for a blowout loss but totally reversed their fortunes by scoring 43 of the game's final 53 points -- including 36 in the second half. Brees threw for 298 yards and a touchdown on 22-of-38 passing but was i

(MySportsbook) - Call it a clash of styles. The Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints, who will meet on Sunday afternoon at Land Shark Stadium, prefer decidedly different modes of offensive travel. The Dolphins, who lead the NFL in rushing offense as Week 8 begins, like to keep things on the ground. Miami is averaging a league-best 177 yards per game on the year, with Ronnie Brown (443 rushing yards, 6 TD), Ricky Williams (316 rushing yards, 2 TD), and the vaunted "Wildcat" offense held primarily responsible f

Last year, the New Orleans Saints and San Diego Chargers spent about a week in London to get acclimated. The New York Giants and Miami Dolphins only arrived a few days before their game two years ago, when the NFL played a regular-season game in Europe for the first time. The Bucc |
