Chiefs sign second-round draft pick NFL Football 07/21/2006

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -The Kansas City Chiefs signed second-round pick Bernard Pollard on Friday.

The 6-foot-1, 224-pound safety had 254 tackles, a sack, four interceptions and set a school record with five blocked kicks while playing at Purdue.

Pollard is the fourth draft pick to sign with the Chiefs.
