Jones, a local Miami product, played in 58 games for Portland last season when he averaged 8.0 points and 2.8 rebounds. The five-year veteran has also suited up for the Phoenix Suns after being drafted with the 49th selection of the 2003 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers. |

Johnson, 25, was signed by the Heat in August 2007, appearing in 43 games during their league-worst 15-67 campaign. The Florida State product averaged 4.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. Originally selected with the 45th pick in the 2006 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers, Johnson's rights were first traded to Portland and then to Memphis, where he logged 4.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per outing for the 2006-07 season. |
