He overcame his disbelief in time to intercept the throw and dash 12 yards for a touchdown to lift the Baltimore Ravens to a 34-28 overtime win over the Houston Texans on Monday night. ``I was just saying, `Catch the ball, catch the ball, catch the ball,' and game over,'' he said. | (MySportsbook) - With a division title still within reach and only a handful of games remaining in the regular season, the Baltimore Ravens will need to bounce back quickly from a painful loss in their last game. The Houston Texans have had a few extra days to cope with a tough and damaging defeat of their own from the previous week. The Ravens begin their healing process with Monday's visit to Reliant Stadium, where the still-contending club takes on a Texans team that's had trouble getting out of tailspi |

STORRS, Conn. (AP) - Former Connecticut quarterback Dan Orlovsky had tears in his eyes as he watched Dave Teggart hit the 52-yard field goal that clinched a BCS bowl berth for the Huskies. Orlovsky, now a backup with the NFL's Houston Texans, was Connecticut's first big recruit just 10 years ago, after the program decided to make the move from Division I-AA to Division I. He was there when UConn was 2-9 in 2001, playing in the 16,000-seat Memorial Stadium, where the locker rooms were in a small brick b |

Manning still has wide receiver Reggie Wayne, who set career highs with 14 catches and 200 yards versus the Cowboys with a touchdown. TEXANS: If the Houston Texans can take anything out of what looks like a playoff-less 2010 season it is that they have a star in the backfield named Arian Foster. An undrafted free agent in 2009, Foster found himself on the Texans' practice squad for most of last season before f |

HOUSTON (AP) -The Houston Texans are in their usual position with one month left in the season - 5-7 and clinging to playoff hopes. Of course, since Gary Kubiak became the coach in 2006, this has also become the time of year when the Texans start playing their best. The Texans have gone 10-4 overall and 7-0 at home in December over the previous three seasons. Last year, they won their last four games to go 9-7, the franchise's first winning record. In 2008, Houston won five of its last six to go 8-8.

| Owings Mills, MD (MySportsbook) - Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said during Monday's press conference that he expects fullback Le'Ron McClain to return for next Monday's game against the Houston Texans. The fourth-year pro out of Alabama did not play in Sunday night's 13-10 loss to the Steelers because of an ankle sprain. "He was close Sunday, and maybe he's right," Harbaugh said. "Maybe he could have gotten through it healthy. We don't know that, but he'll be back for sure this week." |

HOUSTON (AP) -The Houston Texans are following the same old script to another disappointing season. Houston is 5-7 for the fourth straight year after Thursday's 34-24 loss to Philadelphia. The Texans have dropped five of their last six and recent losses have stuck to a familiar pattern: fall behind early, rally in the second half, falter at the end. On Thursday, for the fourth time in five games, the Texans were tied or held a lead in the fourth quarter, only to give up a late score and lose. Coach G |

Tennessee has dropped four straight since a 5-2 start, including a 20-0 blanking by the defensively-challenged Houston Texans last Sunday in which Jacksonville native Smith was 17-of-31 for just 138 yards. Collins has missed a pair of games due to a strained calf muscle, though he did back Smith up last week, and according to Fisher, could have played if the situation dict |
