| Tony Romo can't like the "Mr. November" tag, a back-handed moniker related to his ability to win games at the time of the year when they are less meaningful. Though as he heads back to his home state of Wisconsin to lead Dallas into play against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Romo has to hope that the nickname sticks for at least one more week. Romo moved to 13-0 in the 11th month of the calendar last Sunday, when he wiped away the residue of an embarrassing 44-6 loss at the Eagles last December by leading the |

Minnesota confirmed its division front-runner status prior to the bye, when the NFL-viewing public tuned in in large numbers to watch Brett Favre engineer a 38-26 win against his former team, the Green Bay Packers, at Lambeau Field. After receiving boos from a majority of the Lambeau faithful upon his entry to the field, Favre completed 17-of-28 passes for 244 yards, four touchdowns, and no turnovers committed or sacks absorbed in the 38-26 win over the team |

| (MySportsbook) - Last Sunday, when he engineered a surprising upset of the Green Bay Packers in his first NFL start, Buccaneers rookie quarterback Josh Freeman walked off the field a hero. This week, when the Bucs look for their first road win of 2009 in a matchup with the Miami Dolphins, he'll find out what it's like to play the role of villain. Freeman, who was roughly a month removed from being Tampa Bay's third quarterback, was the answer for the Buccaneers under center in their 38-28 win, and by ending t |

| season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers got back to work on Monday following a victory. That last team in the NFL to earn a win in 2009, the Buccaneers got head coach Raheem Morris that elusive first one on Sunday, a 38-28 come-from-behind triumph over the Green Bay Packers. Tampa Bay has to be pleased with how this first victory came about, with 2009 first-round pick Josh Freeman rallying his club in his first career start. Although they put him on the field earlier than anticipated, Freeman showed he was up to the ta |
