The 35-year-old is Carolina's second-leader scorer this season with 25 goals and 59 points in 63 games. Williams had been out of action since he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in a 5-4 loss to the Florida Panthers on December 20. The 26-year-old Williams, who was an All-Star in 2007, has nine goals and 21 assists in 36 games this season. |
