Ndamukong Suh noticed one thing about the two teams that played in the NFC championship game last weekend. Both the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears had trouble with his Detroit Lions this season. Suh says he'll never be ``a moral victory guy'' but he was encouraged by Detroit's competitiveness against the conference's top teams. The Lions won their last four games to finish 6-10, including a victory over Super Bowl-bound Green Bay. Detroit lost to Chicago twice, but by a combined nine points. |

PLYMOUTH, Mich. (AP) - Prosecutors will not file charges against a Detroit Lions player who was accused of sexual misconduct by a woman during a private party at a restaurant in suburban Detroit. The Wayne County prosecutor's office said Tuesday there is ``insufficient evidence'' to persuade a jury there was a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. Police in Plymouth, a suburb west of Detroit, presented the case to prosecutors last week. A 22-year-old woman said she was assaulted early on Jan. 4 while atten |

The surgery was performed by acclaimed Dr. James Andrews, who repaired the AC joint of Stafford's throwing arm. "The procedure is the same one that we have successfully performed on a number of NFL quarterbacks. Matthew has one of the strongest arms in the league and I am con |

In St. Louis, he orchestrated one of the most prolific offenses the league has seen.
