ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -The Detroit Lions signed Shaun McDonald to a two-year deal Monday, reuniting the free agent wide receiver with former Rams coach and current Detroit offensive coordinator Mike Martz.

In four seasons with St. Louis, McDonald had 106 receptions for 1,215 yards and four touchdowns. He agreed to terms with Detroit last week, and the signing was announced Monday.

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -Free agent running back T.J. Duckett signed a one-year contract Friday with the Detroit Lions.

An agreement on Duckett's contract was reached a week ago.

The 6-foot, 254-pound Duckett played last season with Washington after four years with the Atlanta Falcons. He had just 38 carries all season for Washington, finishing with 132 yards on the ground and two touchdowns.

Allen Park, MI (MySportsbook) - The Detroit Lions signed unrestricted free agent cornerback Travis Fisher to a one-year deal on Tuesday. Fisher, who will be entering his sixth season, was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the second round of the 2002 draft and played with the Rams for five seasons. In 56 career games he has registered 221 tackles and seven interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns.

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -The Detroit Lions on Tuesday signed cornerback Travis Fisher to a one-year deal.

The 5-foot-10, 189-pound Fisher is a sixth-year player who was drafted by St. Louis in the second round of the 2002 draft. He has started 53 of the 56 games he has played for the Rams the past five seasons.

Last season, Fisher started the first nine games and had 31 tackles (25 solo) and two pass defenses before breaking his arm Nov. 12 against Seattle.

The agreement was reached late Friday with the former Michigan State star, Lions spokesman Bill Keenist said Saturday.

Arizona signs free safety Holt to 5-year deal Headlines 03/08/2007

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -Free safety Terrence Holt signed a five-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday.

Terms weren't disclosed. Holt, younger brother of St. Louis Rams wide receiver Torry Holt, started 15 games last season for the Detroit Lions. He had a career-high 76 tackles, 51 solos, and three interceptions.

In Arizona, Holt gets the chance to play alongside his North Carolina State teammate, Pro Bowl strong safety Adrian Wilson.
