| Tatum Bell listed as questionable for Week 11 |
NFL Football |

| Denver, CO (MySportsbook) - Denver Broncos running back Tatum Bell is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against San Diego. Bell missed the Broncos' game two weeks ago with turf toe in both feet. He played in Week 11's 17-13 win over Oakland, but ran for only 37 yards on 14 carries. Bell has run for 649 yards and two touchdowns this season. In other news for the Broncos, rookie running back Mike Bell was not on the injury list for Week 11 after being inactive for Week 10's game. |

| ame of the season. But Walter's hold on the starting role is tenuous at best because of his struggles, Brooks' recovery from the injury and Walter's criticisms of coordinator Tom Walsh's offense. Walter complained after Oakland's 17-13 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday that the Raiders were too predictable on offense and that there was not enough ``depth'' in the playbook. Shell responded by calling Walter's complaints ``off base'' and that Walter needs to be accountable for his own play. Walter apolog |

| (MySportsbook) - The Oakland Raiders played one of their best games of the year this past Sunday, and still wound up with another loss. The Raiders (2-7) hosted the Denver Broncos, and led most of the game before ultimately losing, 17-13. The Broncos scored 10 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to get the victory. Oakland's offensive line rebounded nicely from a terrible game in Seattle last Monday. The Raiders dropped a 16-0 decision to the Seahawks and that was due in large part to the nine sacks al |

The NFL Network will air eight live games this season, starting Thanksgiving night when the Denver Broncos play the Kansas City Chiefs. Some broadcast companies, including Time Warner, have balked at paying the higher fee the league is charging to carry the network because of the games. | Shanahan's shuffles defense due to injuries, offense because of inefficiency |

DENVER (AP) -Injuries forced Mike Shanahan to shuffle his defense. Inefficiency drove him to make changes on offense, too. Denver Broncos linebacker Ian Gold (hamstring) and defensive ends Ebenezer Ekuban (thigh) and Patrick Chukwurah (hamstring) sat out the Broncos' 17-13 escape at Oakland on Sunday. Shanahan, however, replaced three healthy players on offense: running back Mike Bell with Damien Nash; tight end Tony Scheffler with Nate Jackson; and right tackle George Foster with Adam Meadows. ``As |

| It's a big change from the days when the Raiders seemed to think every close call that didn't go their way was part of a league-wide conspiracy. But Shell did not hold back in his comments about a game-changing call in Oakland's 17-13 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. ``I saw it and I felt we got screwed,'' Shell said Monday. ``I felt we got a bad call.'' With the Raiders leading 13-7 late in the third quarter, Denver's David Kircus fumbled a punt return at the Broncos 20 and Stuart Schweigert reco |

Carr's new coordinators also provided a flawless match, with Ron English getting rid of a bend-but-don't-break scheme on defense and Mike DeBord implementing a zone-blocking style similar to what has worked for the Denver Broncos for years. The coaching changes were made without Carr having to fire his previous coordinators, allowing them to leave to be NFL assistants. ``Coach Carr is loyal, but you do what you have to do,'' said former Wolverine David Baas, a San Franci |

PITTSBURGH (AP) -Santonio Holmes' fumbled kickoff return led to the Denver Broncos' second touchdown less than four minutes into the game and a 14-point deficit that the Pittsburgh Steelers never overcame. Holmes' fumbled punt, one of his five fumbles in the last four games, forced coach Bill Cowher to pull him off the kick return teams. ``I didn't like the look in his eyes,'' Cowher said. Cowher also doesn't like the look of a Super Bowl championship team that has lost six of seven games and, with a |
