Broncos top Bengals 24-22 for Fox's 1st Denver win NFL Football 09/19/2011

DENVER (AP) - The Denver Broncos' injury epidemic has gotten so bad that Tim Tebow is running routes.

The Broncos lost two more key players Sunday but held on to beat the Cincinnati Bengals 24-22 for coach John Fox's first win in Denver.

The Broncos (1-1) came into the game with five starters sidelined, including Pro Bowl receiver Brandon Lloyd, plus two more expected starters who were hurt in the offseason and are still on the mend.

One of them, nose tackle Ty Warren, was placed on injured reserve S

Denver, CO (MySportsbook) - Kyle Orton threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns on 15-of-25 passing and the Denver Broncos defense came up huge at the end of the game to preserve a 24-22 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincinnati had the ball at its own five-yard line with just over two minutes remaining in the game and rookie quarterback Andy Dalton showed poise as he led the offense as far as Denver's 48-yard line. Facing a 2nd-and-10, Dalton was sacked and then threw an incompletion on third down, leavin

etwork) - That persistent din in the background? That's just the...oh, never mind. John Fox says it doesn't exist. Six days after a good chunk of the paying crowd at Sports Authority Field at Mile High expressed audible (to some) discontent with the Denver Broncos' quarterback situation, the team and its first-year coach will once again head to the sidelines in search of win No. 1 on the 2011 schedule when it hosts the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Englewood, CO (MySportsbook) - Denver Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Bailey was held out of practice all week due to a hamstring injury. He had five tackles in Monday's 23-20 loss to the Raiders. Defensive end Elvis Dumervil (shoulder), wide receiver Brandon Llyod (groin) and running back Knowshon Moreno (hamstring) are also listed as questionable. The Broncos have ruled out wide receiver Demaryius Thomas (finger), defensive tackl

others had spoken about him, but said: "It wouldn't hurt." Stokley's best NFL season came in 2004, when he caught 68 passes for 1,077 yards and 10 touchdowns for the Colts. He signed with the Seahawks last season after reaching a settlement with the Denver Broncos that made him a free agent. He's also played for the Baltimore Ravens and has 338 career receptions for 4,673 yards and 34 touchdowns. New York fans probably remember Stokley for scoring the first touchdown on a 38-yard catch in Baltimore's 34-7 win
Tebow to fans: thanks, but I'm good NFL Football 09/15/2011

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Tim Tebow appreciates his fans cheering for him to take over as the Denver Broncos' quarterback but says he trusts his coach and will bide his time without complaint.

A group of his most ardent supporters have said they'd like to buy two billboards in downtown Denver urging coach John Fox to bench Kyle Orton in favor of the former Florida star.

Tebow said he'd rather they donate the $10,000 to his charitable foundation.

Orton had a poor performance in a loss to the Oakland Rai
