ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -Defensive back Ty Law has agreed to terms on a deal with the Denver Broncos. Carl Poston, one of Law's agents, confirmed the news Friday to The Associated Press. The agreement came after Denver's media availability and a Broncos spokesman said the team had no comment. The 35-year-old Law, a perennial Pro Bowl selection, will fit right in with veterans Champ Bailey, Andre' Goodman, Brian Dawkins and Renaldo Hill, all in their 30s. ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -The Denver Broncos' 6-1 start puts them among the league's elite. Their inability to score on their opening drive, however, places them among some dubious company. The Broncos have been outscored 39-24 in the first quarter and they've trailed at halftime four straight weeks. They learned Sunday at Baltimore that they can't keep counting on their second-half surges to carry them. Denver joins Oakland, Kansas City and Houston as the only teams not to score on their opening offensiv |

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -The Denver Broncos are still smarting from their beatdown at Baltimore and they're pledging not to let themselves get pummeled by Pittsburgh. The main message when coach Josh McDaniels installed his game plan Wednesday was that the Broncos need to get back to the basics of winning the physical matchups. It's what they did during their 6-0 start, a stretch that came to a crashing halt in a 30-7 blowout loss at Baltimore last week. Starting fast is one way the Broncos hope to turn |

Oakland came out flat again on Sunday and now sits 4 1/2 games behind the AFC West-leading Denver Broncos. The Raiders have lost 13 straight against San Diego and last beat the Chargers on September 28, 2003. "There's so much belief in this team from each other," said Cable. STEELERS: Though he is medically cleared, it is possible that safety Ryan Clark might not play in the Pittsburgh Steelers' upcoming Monday night battle with the Denver Broncos. Clark is not injured, but has the sickle cell trait. According to head coach Mike Tomlin, the disorder and some other pre-existing medical issues might put Clark at risk in Denver's thin air. | GS MILLS, Md. (AP) -For the first time in a month, the Baltimore Ravens had a win to savor. And the timing couldn't have been any better. After losing three straight and then fidgeting through a bye, the Ravens ripped apart the previously unbeaten Denver Broncos in a 30-7 victory Sunday. The players insisted it wasn't a must-win situation, yet knew a defeat would have dropped them two games behind Pittsburgh and Cincinnati in the AFC North. ``Pressure? No,'' wide receiver Derrick Mason said Monday. ``But |

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -Now, that's how most of their fans feared the Denver Broncos would play this season: dominated on defense, overpowered on offense, squelched on special teams. It took two months for it to happen. So rookie coach Josh McDaniels has some fixing to do as the Broncos (6-1) try to bounce back from their beatdown in Baltimore, and they'll have to do it without one of their best offensive linemen. McDaniels said right tackle Ryan Harris won't play against Pittsburgh next week after su |

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -The Denver Broncos' first loss under rookie coach Josh McDaniels produced plenty of problems that need fixing and one big injury they'll have to deal with. McDaniels said right tackle Ryan Harris won't play against Pittsburgh next week after sustaining a toe injury in the Broncos' loss at Baltimore. McDaniels was still trying to learn the extent of Harris' injury. Harris, a third-year pro from Notre Dame, has started 22 consecutive games for one of the league's best offensive lin |

| Baltimore, MD (MySportsbook) - Joe Flacco threw for 175 yards and a touchdown, and the Baltimore Ravens used a stifling display on defense to hand the previously unbeaten Denver Broncos a 30-7 loss at M&T Bank Stadium. Flacco connected on 20-of-25 passes to tie a franchise record for completion percentage, while Ray Rice rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown to help Baltimore (4-3) halt a frustrating three-game losing streak and deal the AFC West-leading Broncos (6-1) their first defeat.
