The veteran connected on 23-of-28 field goal attempts and made all 28 PATs to lead the Browns with 97 points during the 2010 season. Rhodes, a former NFL head coach, has spent the past three seasons with the Houston Texans. Before that, he worked in Seattle with Browns president Mike Holmgren.
