PITTSBURGH (AP) -Bruce Arians, former offensive coordinator of the Cleveland Browns, has been promoted to the same job by new Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin. Tomlin, introduced as Steelers coach Monday, already has both coordinators in place, with Dick LeBeau remaining on defense. The 38-year-old Chudzinski returns to Cleveland where he served as the tight ends coach in 2004. Butler was claimed by the Browns off waivers on September 3, 2006 and started in five games at right tackle last season. He missed the final two games of the season after suffering a broken bone in his foot. Butler was originally a sixth-round draft choice, 172nd overall, by the Detroit Lions in the 2004 NFL Draft. |
