He has allowed just one run and five hits in 13 1/3 innings. Shuey last pitched during Thursday's 3-2 loss in 11 innings against the Cincinnati Reds. He pitched two scoreless innings and only surrendered one hit. The Dodgers recalled infielder Jason Romano from Triple-A Las Vegas in place of Shuey.
