| Network) - The Cleveland Indians agreed to terms on Sunday with infielder Tony Graffanino on a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. The journeyman appeared in 25 games last season for Cleveland's Triple-A affiliate in Buffalo, where he hit .315 with seven doubles, a triple and six runs batted in. In 12 career seasons, the 36-year-old Graffanino has a .267 average with 58 home runs and 302 RBI in 974 games with Atlanta, Tampa Bay, the Chicago White Sox, Kansas City, Boston and Milwaukee. |

He retired from baseball in 2005 citing health reasons. |

Jenks went 3-1 with a 2.63 earned-run average and 30 saves in 57 contests with Chicago in 2008.
