| Chicago, IL (MySportsbook) - The Chicago Bulls activated rookies Kirk Hinrich and Linton Johnson on Friday, placing Marcus Fizer and Roger Mason Jr. on the injured list. Hinrich, the seventh overall selection in this year's NBA Draft, missed the team's final three pre-season games and the first five games of the regular season with a viral infection. During that year, he appeared in all 82 games and posted career highs in points (6.6), rebounds (2.0) and assists (4.3). The 28-year-old Kansas product was a first-round pick of the Utah Jazz in the 1997 draft. He spent four seasons in Utah and played in the 1998 NBA Finals against the Chicago Bulls.
