| -The Indianapolis Colts, one of just two unbeaten teams remaining in the NFL, have control of their division and appeared to fill their biggest hole on defense with a rare midseason trade. Unlike last season, it's gone mostly unnoticed. With the Chicago Bears moving into the spotlight, the Colts like it right where they seem to be. ``Everyone's talking about the Bears,'' defensive tackle Montae Reagor said. ``We like being under the radar. Hey, we're 5-0 and we've not played our best ball yet.'' Sure |

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) -Chicago Bears safety Mike Brown hobbled into the locker room on crutches, his right foot covered by a large cast and his season for the unbeaten Bears over. One of Chicago's most important defenders, Brown was put on injured reserve Thursday after surgery a day earlier to repair ligament damage in the foot. He was injured in a pileup during Monday night's victory over Arizona. It's the third time in as many seasons Brown's been forced to the sidelines by a different leg injury. |

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) -Chicago Bears safety Mike Brown was placed on injured reserve Thursday and will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery a day earlier to repair ligament damage in his right foot. Brown, who made the Pro Bowl last season, was injured in Monday night's 24-23 win at Arizona. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by Todd Johnson. ``It's disappointing, obviously,'' Brown said in the Bears' locker room, wearing a huge cast on his foot. ``I know I can come back |

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) -Hunter Hillenmeyer checked his cell phone the next morning and found 10 brief messages, each of them expressing amazement at what the Chicago Bears had done. ``I think the half of America that had turned the game off woke up (Tuesday) wondering what had happened,'' said Hillenmeyer, the Bears linebacker. What happened was this: Chicago trailed by 20 late in the third quarter, but pulled out a 24-23 win at Arizona on Monday. In between, a defense that had been pushed around |

Harbaugh knows a bit about that, having gone from Michigan to the Chicago Bears in the first round of the 1987 NFL draft. He also played for Indianapolis, Baltimore, San Diego and Carolina. Most of Harbaugh's players will have to be content simply to be able to play college ball. The average Torero player is ``the kind of k |

"We'll get back to basics, the core things, and get back to techniques," Nolan said. "It'll also give an opportunity for some of the injured guys to get well and heal up a little bit more." | (MySportsbook) - For over 40 minutes, everything was glorious in Arizona. Unknown to the rest of the world, the Cardinals and Chicago Bears had traded defenses prior to their Monday night affair, as the Arizona D put on a clinic. It picked off passes, sacked Bears quarterback Rex Grossman, forced fumbles and generally made life miserable for the Bears offense. Arizona's offense wasn't doing too shabby either, as Matt Leinart had already thrown two touchdown passes and Neil Rackers had connected on a trio |
